Register Now For An After School Program or Camp

Important Information: Before You Register...

To register your child for a Mad Science program you must send payment along with the registration information.  Without payment we cannot reserve a place in the class for you.  Registration can be done completely and most efficiently online.  It can also be done through mail, fax, email or a combination of these.  

Online - The best way to register for the Mad Science program is through the online system.  It provides you with immediate confirmation, a receipt and the assurance you have secured a spot in the Mad Science program. 

To register online you must pay with a credit or debit card.  There is no "pay by check" or other payment option when registering online. 

Mail, Fax, Email or Combination - If you prefer to pay by check, voucher/P.O.(home school students), Mad Science Certificate or other method, you must fill out and send us one of the following forms:

• The registration form you received from the school, or
• Our generic registration form (available online here)

Please send the completed form and payment to:

**If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card and not use the online system you may also mail, fax or email your registration.  Just remember, classes often fill quickly. The fastest way to secure your spot is to register online.

**Please note that a registration's priority is determined by the date and time the registration form and payment have both arrived at the Mad Science office. A registration that is left at the school office will be delayed and suffer a priority disadvantage versus other registrations.
